To all of our customers, all staff have been instructed to work remotely from their home offices until further notice.
There will be no interruption to service and /or support.
All of our staff have the ability to continue their duties remotely in a secure fashion.
We will endeavour to provide face to face therapy, where this has been deemed appropriate for our clients, however some therapists are changing the way they practice at this time. Therefore, we may need to make arrangements for telephone or video therapy as an alternative to face to face therapy, where the therapist has the facilities to offer these services.
We will continue to monitor the situation and implement processes as guided by relevant authorities.
