Quality assurance, clinical governance, audit and oversight is one of Sparta Health’s core values and underpins all the services that we provide to our Customers. It is perhaps, best put as having the right people in place, doing the right things in a timely and effective fashion and if things do go wrong, being in a position to attend to it immediately.
The aim of our quality assurance and clinical governance policy is to ensure that Customers and the individuals we serve within their organisations receive:
- Clear, easily understandable and concise communications.
- The highest quality of care.
- Consideration and are safeguarded at all times.
- Ethical standards of excellence in the delivery of our support.
- Appropriate and positive interventions.
- Effective and sustainable outcomes.
Our Clinical Advisory Team (CAT) provide support to our management team with regard to oversight and audit on our service design and delivery. The CAT fully embrace the interdisciplinary and biopsychosocial philosophy and model we have developed and endorse our therapy-led evidence based approach to the management and assessment of treatment programmes and rehabilitation pathways.
